My good friend Maria Mitcheva asked me to help develop a website for her Werkplaats Typografie project at this year’s New York Art Book Fair (2015).
‘What can I do for you today?’ is an installation in which various autonomous works are combined with a written meta-narrative. The work tries to discuss the current state of graphic design and its position in society, as well as reflect on personal thoughts about what qualifies as good and bad graphic design.
Visual Identity for the Graduation Show 2015, Gerrit Rietveld Academie. The campaign utilizes a range of word combinations, which reflect on the students’ time at school as well as the visitors’ experience during the exhibition. In collaboration with Mirjam Reili and Julie Cetti.
fanfare is a recently established off-space in Amsterdam (run by my dear friends Lotte van de Hoef and Freja Kir) that acts as a display for dialogue and experiments within the sphere of current graphic design. In addition to their physical space, the fanfare website archives all past events, while the monthly changing frontpage acts as a temporary digital exhibiton space.
